  • What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

    For town cars, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance.


    For sprinters, a 72-hour notice is required to avoid charges.

  • How Do I Receive My Receipt?

    You can receive your receipt either by email or text. Please let us know your preference, and we’ll ensure you get your receipt promptly after your trip.

  • Why Is My Final Charge Different from the Quote?

    The final charge may include additional waiting time, extra stops, or changes to the drop-off address not included in the original quote.

  • Where Do I Meet My Chauffeur at the Airport?

    Upon arrival in Portland International Airport (PDX), please proceed to the lower-level baggage claim and exit the terminal. Cross the street to ISLAND 3, where your chauffeur, holding a sign with your first and last name, will meet you.

  • What If My Flight Is Delayed?

    We continuously monitor flight statuses, so there’s no need to worry. We’ll adjust your pickup time based on the latest flight information.

  • Are Pets Allowed in the Vehicles?

    Yes, pets are welcome in our vehicles. However, they must be secured during the ride.

  • How Can I Contact My Chauffeur?

    One hour before your scheduled pick-up, your chauffeur will text you their details, including their full name, phone number, and the type of car they are driving.

  • What Kind of Training Do Your Chauffeurs Undergo?

    Our chauffeurs undergo a rigorous two-week training program and are required to have at least two years of driving experience with another company. This ensures that they meet our high standards for safety and service.

  • How Do I Make Changes to My Booking?

    To make changes to your booking:

    Or call our customer service at (503) 333-2611. We do not charge extra for booking modifications.

  • Is There a Charge for an Additional Stop?

    We do not charge for stops less than a mile from the route. For longer stops, there is a $45 fee.

  • What Are the Fees for Waiting Periods?

    The waiting time fee is $1.25 per minute, ensuring that any delays are handled fairly.

  • When Will I Be Charged for My Service?

    We process the payment 24 hours before your scheduled service to ensure everything is set for your journey.

  • Meet & Greet Service

    We offer a Meet & Greet service for an additional $60. This service includes personal reception at the airport and assistance with your luggage.

  • Free Waiting Time for Airport Pickups

    International flights: 45 minutes of free waiting time.


    Domestic flights: 30 minutes of free waiting time.

  • Availability of Baby Car Seats

    We provide baby car seats for an additional $45 charge. Available types include toddler, booster, and infant seats.
